Lights Maintenance
The Lights at the entrance are scheduled to be replaced Wednesday, November 23rd between 8am and 3pm. Please do not park in front of the light poles on Sycamore Springs Drive during these hours. No Parking Signs have been posted as well. New lamps are being installed and workers need enough room for a lift truck at each pole. Thank you for your cooperation.

HOA dues will be due Monday May 16. The cost remains the same at $150. Postcards with addition information and updates are in the mail

2022 Community Garage Sale: May 19, 20, 21
The Sycamore Springs neighborhood garage sale will start on Thursday May 19. The HOA will place adds on on the local garage sale websites and will post some signs
Pet Courtesy
Please be courteous of others and make sure to clean up after your pets when on walks. This includes public places like the street and common areas
Garage Sale Big Ticket Items
If you have any big / expensive items to sell at the garage sale and you would like to have a picture posted to the garage sale websites, please email the HOA with a picture and your address and base price

Community Garage Sale: May 13, 14, 15
Its that time again, the neighborhood garage sale will be May 13, 14, 15; Thursday, Friday, Saturday. The HOA will put adds on the garage sale sites and put signs up just like last year
New Landscape Contract
The HOA has started a new landscape contract with ValleyPro Landscaping. So far they have spruced up the front entrance and we look forward to them taking good care of our common areas
New Front Entrance Sign
The new front entrance sign is imminent. It should arrive and be installed by Halloween at the latest. The contractor tells us that any new plants or fall items at the front entrance will likely be disturbed by their work, the HOA will redecorate the front entrance once the sign is installed. Fortunately this specific issue shouldn’t arise again for many years and the front entrance can have consistent high class appeal year round
2020 Annual Garage Sale
Confirmed Dates: September 10, 11, 12 Thursday, Friday, Saturday. We have put out adds to the various major garage sale sites so fingers crossed that we have a good turnout

The Annual Meeting scheduled on June 18th has been canceled. The location the meeting was planed at has canceled all events and is not allowing us to have our meeting there. We are rescheduling the meeting for later in the summer, the current plan is to have it outside in the neighborhood block party style. Mail and website updates to follow
